For our location in Ottobrunn near Munich we are actively seeking an

**Inside Sales Specialist (M/F/d)**

Your Tasks - as important as our Software:

- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new leads
- Be part of a successful sales team and sell EXTEDO solutions to existing and new customers
- Create and send of quote documents and agreements
- Create and maintain price books, products, and price book entries in Salesforce
- Process sales orders
- Create, maintain and develop the existing sales reporting
- Collaborate with partners and support them in acquiring new customers

Your Profile - as good as our Solutions:

- Degree in a technical, economic, or medical/pharmaceutical field (or similar)
- Several years of Inside Sales experience
- High level of accuracy
- Preferably experience in the life sciences industry
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
- Salesforce and Hubspot experience preferred
- Foreign language skills preferable (English mandatory)
- Being a supportive team player with positive attitude and high quality-awareness
- Flexibility, reliability, transparency and independence
- Affinity to technical aspects of software
- Convincing, strong communication skills combined with customer service orientation.
