Während unsere SW-Entwickler:innen an immer effizienteren Lösungen arbeiten und die Kolleg:innen in Marketing & Sales sich um unsere Kunden kümmern, sorgen wir in Finance & Controlling uns um die Budgetierung, das Accounting, Reporting und Controlling.

**Wir wachsen und suchen für unseren Standort Ottobrunn bei München (Remote & Präsenz) eine/n**:
**Business Financial Specialist (m/w/d)**: Du arbeitest an allen operativen Finanzthemen rund um Kundenprojekte. Dabei wirst Du eng vom Senior Financial Controller betreut. Diese Position zielt auf eine Entwicklung zum Financial Controller ab.

**Deine Aufgaben - so wichtig wie unsere Software**:

- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen und Berichterstattung an das Management
- Erstellung von Rechnungen an unsere Kunden für deren gekaufte Software und Dienstleistungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektmanagern und dem Vertrieb
- Anlage und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten
- Management der Forderungen inkl. Mahnwesen und Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen
- Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Berichten (Lizenzabrechnungen etc.)
- Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen, Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen und aussagekräftige Kommentierung

**Dein Profil - so gut wie unsere Lösungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium (FH/Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Accounting oder alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung; solides Know-How in Accounting unabdinglich
- 1-2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Finance im internationalen Umfeld wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis und Affinität zu informationstechnischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen, Prozessen und Zusammenhängen
- Professioneller und versierter Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen, insb. in Excel; Anwender-Kenntnisse in Power-BI und Salesforce wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
