**The Opportunity**:
**_ ** Please note: This role is open to individuals located in either Germany or the United Kingdom, who have the ability to commute into our London, Berlin or Munich office every so often. We can consider both largely remote and hybrid working options for this position. **_**
**Your Mission**:
- Develop and maintain renewal pipeline and forecast for your assigned region
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Legal and Sales to analyze customer-specific utilization, determine appropriate new agreement terms and generate contractual materials
- Engage directly with customers, escorting them throughout their renewal lifecycle while promoting commercetools value as we align on new agreement terms
- Meet or exceed renewal success targets and contribute in identifying additional account growth opportunities
- Provide regular renewal status updates and related metrics to Customer Success Leadership
- Collaborate in the ongoing development and optimization of internal processes
**What you need to succeed**:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Renewal Representative (preferred), Account Executive, CSM, BDR role (or similar) with renewal responsibilities at a fast growing software company
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating legal agreements and associating product metrics with contractual terms
- Proven time
- and process-management skills
- Experience driving multiple, time-sensitive, engagements simultaneously
- Exceptional internal coordination and customer communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Independent, proactive way of working and ability to work in a team
**Desirables / Nice-to-haves**:
- Experience developing/enhancing efficient processes
- German language skills would be advantageous
