**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Kaufmännische Begleitung und Gestaltung von Projekten der Division Zucker
- Ausgestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Projekten innerhalb des Core Business der Division Zucker sowie neuer Geschäftsideen
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Projekten des Bereiches Finance & Controlling der Division Zucker
- Vielfältige fachliche Führungsaufgaben sowie direkter Berichtsweg an den CFO der Division Zucker
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den etablierten Konzernfunktionen der Südzucker-Gruppe, insbesondere im Finanzbereich

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit technischer Ausrichtung (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ähnliches)
- Vorzugsweise Promotion
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem produzierenden industriellen B2B-Umfeld
- Führungserfahrung im Operativen Controlling sowie Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen und Recht
- IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Controlling IT-Tools (MS Office, SAP ERP/BI)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch und Polnisch von Vorteil)
- Unternehmerisch geprägtes Denken und Handeln
- Tiefgreifendes strategisches Verständnis von Geschäftsmodellen und ausgeprägte analytisch-konzeptionelle Vorgehensweise
- Selbstständige, pragmatische und agile Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Ideen in funktionierende Geschäftsmodelle zu übertragen
- Umsetzungsstärke, Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
