This Position reports to:

Global Continuous Improvement Manager

Are you passionate about driving change across a global organization? Join our
Continuous Improvement and Change Enablement team
within the
Process Automation business area
and play a pivotal role in shaping ABB's transformation journey.

We are open to candidates based in
Sweden (Malmö or Västerås)

Germany (Minden or Mannheim)
,
Poland (Krakow)
, or
Czech Republic (Ostrava, Pilsen)
able to work in Hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and cross-functional Continuous Improvement (CI) and transformation projects aligned with global business goals.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma and CI methodologies (DMAIC, A3, PDCA, Kaizen).
  • Drive process optimization and measurable performance improvement.
  • Design and implement effective change management strategies to foster adoption and engagement.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build CI capability across diverse functions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across regions and functions (R&D, Operations, Product Management, HR, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in CI and change management in a global environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and strong coaching experience.
  • Proven success in both leading and coaching improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated change management expertise (ADKAR or equivalent).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Fluent English
