**Central Accounting & Reporting Team Leader - Buchhaltung (f/m/d)**:
Our GBS (Global Business Services) organization is currently looking for an Accounting & Reporting - Buchhaltung Team Leader (f/m/d) for Region Central.

**About the Role**:
An Accounting & Reporting Team Leader (f/m/d), will lead and coordinate the day to day activities of accounting & reporting team for the central area (DACH and Benelux).

**What You Will Do**:

- You lead and coordinate the accounting activities of a team to secure that they are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant accounting principles, regulations and standards, whether established by Essity, by authorities or regulators
- You provide input to process improvement and continuously improves own area of responsibility
- You respond to more complex accounting enquiries
- You assist in communications to functional or operational areas
- You assist in day-to-day leadership and operational management for the respective team providing immediate supervision with an emphasis to coach and mentor team members and providing performance evaluation and feedback
- You secure close cooperation between the different organizational units across the matrix organization
- You support external and internal financial audits and resolving audit findings

**Who You Are**:

- Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting area
- Experience in leading a service oriented team in an international organization
- Strong communication skills in German as well as in English
- Proficient user of MS Office Tools as well as relevant SAP modules
- Passionate to pass own knowledge to others team members
