Team Lead International Sales

**The Role**:
As a Team Lead in our international sales organisation you will be driving the growth of a global SaaS company, uncover prospect's business challenges and identify new business opportunities. If passion and commitment are part of your daily work, then you've come to the right place

**What you'll do**:
- You will be responsible for enablement of our international markets and supporting their sales activities.
- You actively participate in executing and expanding our global Go-To Market strategy.
- You will maintain, build, and own specific relationship maps that are key for our global sales organization including existing relationships and aspirational contacts.
- You will develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs, thus identifying new business opportunities for which you are responsible until closing.
- You are a role model for our local sales representatives and associates.
- You will focus on the generation of new businesses for a growing international team.
- You will work at one of our subsidiaries in Germany or another international branch.
**What you bring to the table**:
- You have several years of sales experience in the field of B2B SaaS/ CPM or EPM Solutions.
- You are used to work in an international, high-energy and rapidly changing environment with interacting senior level executives (Managing Directors/ CFOs/ Finance Heads etc.)
- You have superior communication and presentation skills and a good knowledge in lead generation and sales development.
- You have a sound knowledge in maintain, leading and develop a team.
- You are a charismatic and customer-oriented team player who inspires internal and external stakeholders with an entrepreneurial mindset but also with a practical hands-on mentality.
- You have very good communication skills in English. A second fluent language is a plus (German, French, Spanish).
