Tasks

**What you’ll do**:

- You will use your strategic skills to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and expand the enterprise business market, collaborating with the executive team to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
- You will be a player/coach to our sales team (currently 2x AEs + 1x SDR) across all sales activities (pipeline generation, demo preparation, forecasting, etc) with a focus on teambuilding and management to achieve monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline and closed business
- You will lead and grow a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise business clients, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to ensure the team's success.
- You will be involved in active sales and use your skills to identify and win, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise businesses, collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
- You will analyze and refine the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for scaling by looking at sales process optimisation and implementing best practices, sales methodologies and leveraging technology to streamline workflows.
- You will focus on revenue generation by setting and achieving revenue targets for the enterprise business segment by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
- You will share share your market research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions within the team and utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities as well as influencing the product roadmap.

- You are a proven sales leader within a high-growth environment and sales is your passion. You like to stay informed about industry trends, your competitor activities and the market conditions.
- Your exceptional leadership and team management skills and focus on building a positive and results-driven culture and scaling a Sales Team sets you apart from other sales leaders.
- You have a hands-on approach, with the capability to motivate and lead your team towards excellence in a player-coach role.
- You care deeply about contributing to a bigger mission.
- You have a great understanding of Enterprise business needs, decision makers and the buying processes.
- You can demonstrate your numbers driven, analytical mindset and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and lead your reps to reach their targets
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

**What we’re looking for**:

- You are fluent in German & English
- You have experience in a target holding sales role and sales leadership within a high-growth environment, in Enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in different markets
- You have proven success in reaching personal & team sales targets
- You have hands-on experience in the sales cycle, from lead generation to outreach to demoing and closing deals.

**Extra bonus points if you also have the following**:

- Experience working in a sustainability focused company
- Experienced in using Hubspot as your CRM and MEDDIC as your sales methodology
