MacGregor’s Global Services Division is looking for an Order Fulfillment Handler to provide customer service for the lifecycle of the marine and offshore spare parts business.

This position is based in MacGregor’s office in Hamburg and involves contact with various stakeholders from around the world and working with SAP.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and handling the order from the creation of Order Confirmation, through monitoring the delivery to the customer until it is invoiced
- Coordinating optimal workflow level as well as engaging your fellow team members
- Cooperating closely with our clients around the world and also GSC teams (Quotation, Purchasing, Logistic and Invoicing)
- Creating reports based on SAP data and analyzing them
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement
- analyzing risks & opportunities and proposing improvement solutions and reporting them to Team Leader.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
We are looking for a professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a service-orientation mind, and attitude.

Ideally, you have:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in working in maritime companies with a strong focus on Customer Care will be an asset
- University degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or other)
- Knowledge and experience in working with SAP and Google Suite
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent English and German language, written and spoken.
