**Your mission**:

- As team lead you contribute significantly to the 1NCE success story because the customer solution support team plays an essential role providing excellent technical customer support to our customers
- You are leading the team that provides professional 2nd level support for all technical issues related to our product, support our pre-sales team in customer meetings with technical expertise and provides technical documentation
- You are responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the team including definition of roles, structures, and processes
- You maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, set clear team goals, drive team and personal development and are responsible for resource management
- Together with the team you identify optimization potential for the day-by-day work and support the team in implementation
- In collaboration with the 1st level team, you identify opportunities to improve the resolution rate of the 1NCE hotline for technical issues
- You form a team that is currently distributed across three different locations in two support regions
- With your professional background you can discuss with the team members on eye-level

**Our expectations**:

- You have successfully finished your studies of electrical engineering, technical Computer Science, or a relatable education
- You have leadership experience in global virtual teams
- In your previous jobs you have gathered experience in troubleshooting procedures and analyzing network protocols
- You are a team player, customer focused and have a confident and competent appearance
- You speak fluent English and ideally also have a basic knowledge of German
- You have an intrinsic motivation to work with cutting edge technology and help the team and 1NCE develop further
