Now our client, an internationally operating chemical company, is seeking for its Düsseldorf branch a

**Team leader - Customer service and logistics (M/F/d)**

**Your responsibilities**:

- support in developing logistics and customer support strategies in cooperation with supply chain manager and other departments
- create mid-term and long-term plans as well as evaluate progress
- monthly reporting to supply chain manager based on KPIs
- rood cause analysis in logistic issues
- analyze customer data, recommend actions and solve problems
- negotiate with forwarding companies and warehouse companies
- ensure timely order processing
- initiate and manage projects
- cross-departmental communication
- organize meetings, provide presentations and trainings

**Your profile**:

- degree in business or a comparable qualification, logistic qualification is an asset
- several years of working experience in the field of logistics or supply chain management
- managing experience in customer service is preferable
- experience in project management
- very good knowledge of SAP
- business fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
- leadership competence, team-player and good communication skills
