What can you expect?
You act as a sparring partner and closely support the Talent Management in all operational and strategic tasks regarding their responsibility
You manage and handle daily tasks, meetings, and ad-hoc requests, support with various operational and administrative tasks
You create, adapt and update databases and presentations (including for the C-suit stakeholders and the Board of Management)
You support with conceptualization, development and organization of programs including mentoring, coaching, career counselling, job swap / rotation / shadowing programs, executive development centers
You maintain great working relationships with the service providers in multiple projects

What should you bring along?
You have a completed first degree in Business, Management, Psychology or similar
You ideally gained previous experience in Project Management or HR Management and in an international environment
You score excellent written and spoken English skills - German or additional languages are a plus
You show strong MS Office capabilities, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
You have comprehensive organizational skills and accurate attention to details
You work proactive, are curious to learn and have a can-do attitude
You have excellent communication and analytical skills
You are sensitive to intercultural differences and corporate politics
You have ell-developed social skills and diligent work ethics
