Minimum Qualifications Already completed a relevant bachelor study program (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication or Media Studies) for the entire duration of the positionAdvanced experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data analysis techniques; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plusDemonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive mindset, taking initiative in driving own topics forwardExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English; capable of crafting compelling narratives and engaging with diverse stakeholdersFluent German is not necessary, but would be a plus Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insightsInterest in talent management, HR topics, and staying abreast of state-of-the-art practices in the fieldCreative problem-solving skills and a tech-savvy approach to developing innovative solutionsSolid Communication and Creative Skills for crafting engaging storylines and innovative layouts for presentationsEager to work in a multidisciplinary and international team, collaborating with colleagues from headquarters and Allianz entities worldwide Do we have what you need?
