For our team based in the headquarters in Munich, Germany, we are looking for a Senior External Fraud and Security Incident Expert, who has a profound background in both domains and has also strong experience in managing crisis situations. How can you make an impact? You will:Together with our Protection & Resilience experts, you enhance, shape and support the domains of operational resilience and incident/crisis management with a focus on the implementation of preventive and responsive measures related to external fraud, man-made threats and physical securityParticipate in international projects related to operational resilience and incident/crisis managementSupport Allianz entities to improve their preventive and responsive measures and maturity via guidance and trainings, including conducting crisis unit exercises, community calls and best practice sharing across Allianz GroupPerform systematic monitoring by leading and executing OE review and self-assessment tasksAs the external fraud expert in our Group Operational Resilience team, you will provide expertise and support to OEs around the globe in the implementation of external fraud procedures and conduct fraud investigations, both IT and non-IT related and support OEs in their own investigationsActively foster the sharing and exchange on external fraud-related topics within the Group, including conducting awareness activities and trainingsMonitor of incidents and timely reporting to the management and regulatorWork within and support the Allianz Group Crisis Unit in the event of a crisis situationEstablish and maintain a governance framework that provides guidance and ensures a globally unified implementation as well as regulatory complianceCollaborate with other Group centres, Allianz entities, Allianz Services and Allianz TechnologyAct as back-up for other Protection & Resilience experts to mitigate key person risk What are you made of?Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of operational/consulting experience in the operational resilience and security area, i.e. Incident/Crisis Management, Physical Security ManagementProfound experience in investigations (external or internal fraud), law enforcement, military, compliance, corporate security or similarAt least seven years of hands-on experience in managing response measures and incident solutionsUnderstanding of the business based on practical experience in the core of the financial services operationsGraduate in Economics, Business, Legal, IT, Risk management or Finance or a comparable educationQualified in OSINT; Knowledge of relevant internationals standards, certifications are welcomeAbility to build strong working relationships in virtual, international and complex team environmentsStrong teamwork ethic, solid interpersonal and listening skills, analytical skills, ability to apply independent judgement, strive for win-win situationsExcellent communication and problem solving skills and ability to convey complex information to different stakeholder groupsAbility to work under tight deadlines with high agility and adaptabilityReliable, highly committed, precise working combined with analytical and conceptual skillsStrong communicator who is comfortable presenting and facilitating trainings in front of an audienceAbility to work self-responsible and autonomously, also at times of high pressureInternational travel will be requiredFluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, good level of German skills are welcomeWillingness to participate in the incident monitoring process, also beyond the usual working hours Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plusExperience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solutions Do we have what you need?Flexible working arrangementsExcellent career development opportunitiesFamily friendly working environmentHealth and well-being offeringsCompany pension and health insuranceMultinational and inclusive communityOpportunity to affect our sustainability initiativesAnd there is much more Find out more here: Allianz SE BenefitsMore information regarding our recruitment process: Allianz CareersIn case of any question please contact our Senior Recruiter: Ms. Zhiva Hristova: +49 151 110 133 80 People with disabilities:We want to give all our candidates the best opportunity to succeed.
