Head of Communications

**Your mission**:

- Responsible for all corporate marketing, public relations and internal/external communications activities and events
- Development & management of a communications strategy for our corporate brand, project management and coordination of creative agency & external partners
- Rollout of campaigns & corporate brand-led initiatives to markets
- Responsible for sharpening and placing our corporate brand, ensuring a unique internal and external presence in each relevant channel by driving communication design
- Developing and implementing where necessary a crisis communications and preparedness plan
- Overseeing responses to media requests, media lunches and interviews, and special events

**Your profile**:

- University degree in relevant area (business, communications, journalism) or equivalent education
- 7+ years of digital and offline marketing experience in a start up or dynamic environment with measurable results
- You are a strong networker, collaborative leader and feel comfortable working in a continuously changing environment
- You have excellent communication skills, you are able to craft compelling messages, create engaging content, and effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including employees, media outlets, investors, and the general public
- You have outstanding organizational skills, KPI-oriented mindset and affinity for processes, data and numbers round out your hands-on mentality
- You have a strategic mindset to identify key messages, target audiences and appropriate communication channels to achieve desired outcomes
- You have experience in managing media relations, including building relationships with journalists, handling media inquiries, and proactively pitching stories to the media
- You are skilled in crisis communications and have the ability to manage and mitigate reputational risks effectively
- You are a hands-on implementer and enjoy working collaboratively and are approachable
- Business fluency in german and english and Industry familiarity is a plus
