We seek a Head of Paid Growth to join our team and lead our paid marketing efforts. As the Head of Paid Growth, you will manage a team of 10+ people and a 7-figure annual marketing budget. Your goal will be to scale all channels profitably, ensuring that Tourlane continues to grow rapidly.
**What is the role about**
- Manage the paid growth team, consisting of paid search, paid social, paid display, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
- Develop and execute a paid marketing strategy that supports Tourlane's business objectives.
- Manage a 7-figure annual marketing budget, ensuring all channels are optimized for maximum ROI.
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and influencers.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and drive down costs.
- Develop reporting and tracking mechanisms to provide regular updates on campaign performance and ROI.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that paid marketing efforts are integrated with other marketing channels.
- Hire and train team members to ensure the paid growth team is aligned with Tourlane's goals and objectives.
**What will you need to be successful?**
- Strong knowledge of Paid Search, especially Google Search.
- Excellent knowledge of influencer marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of paid social channels like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing.
- At least 8+ years of experience in paid marketing.
- Experience leading teams and managing significant budgets.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- German skills are a big plus.
