At Lumiform, our growth strategy is anchored in a solid inbound marketing approach, focusing on organic growth through content and SEO, a tactic that attracts thousands of new signups monthly. We are seeking a Head of Growth to elevate our demand generation and manage the customer lifecycle. Your role involves crafting and executing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value through a data-driven approach. You will bring a proven track record of scaling SaaS businesses through a data-driven, growth-oriented approach, complemented by a hands-on mentality. At Lumiform, you will take the helm of a dedicated team comprising 3 members, alongside collaborating with specialized external agencies. Your mission will be to spearhead our efforts in refining our user funnel, aiming for a 10% monthly growth in both website traffic and signups, while also focusing on optimizing conversion rates across the entire user lifecycle. Tasks **Strategy Development**: Create and continuously refine a growth marketing strategy to drive the company's revenue targets. **Leadership**: Guide, nurture, and motivate a team of Content and SEO managers to to deliver impactful growth strategies. **Project Execution**: Oversee project management for the inbound marketing engine and website development, ensuring timely and effective implementation. **Customer Acquisition**: Full responsibility for optimizing both organic and paid customer acquisition channels. **Conversion Optimization**: Lead initiatives to enhance prospect-to-customer conversion rates **Customer Retention**: Implement strategies to accelerate customer engagement, reduce churn, and boost lifetime value (LTV). **Data Analysis**: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Mixpanel to analyze and enhance key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), monthly recurring revenue (MRR), and LTV. **Requirements**: - You are already located in Berlin or up for relocation. - Proven experience in Growth Marketing, particularly in the B2B SaaS sector. - Leadership experience: you know how to manage teams and collaborate with external agencies. - Innovative mindset: generate ideas to keep Lumiform ahead in the industry - Demand generation focus: drive consistent growth in customer demand. - Expertise in conversion rate optimization. - You’re data-driven, analytical and centre decisions around the customer. - You are an advanced user of tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc. - You align with our values of Growth, Simplicity, Ownership, Open Communication, Outcome Driven. - Language proficiency: being fluent in English, German is a bonus. **Benefits**: - A competitive salary. - Opportunity to have a main impact on a rapidly growing SaaS company in the scaling phase. - Annual learning budget of 500€ for books, courses, conferences, etc.; some hours per week are reserved for learning new skills. - A beautiful and bright pet-friendly office in the heart of Berlin where we have fresh fruits, free drinks, good coffee and several cafés and restaurants of almost every origin close by. - Annual meet-up in Berlin for a week (The Lumi-Week) with all employees where we have workshops, team events, drinks, delicious food, and good talks. - Urban Sports Club or 50€ tax-free benefits in kind. - Join a team of 15 nationalities ( >35 employees) and various backgrounds.
