GetYourGuide is the place to book the best experiences in destinations across the globe. We are now searching for a **Head of Influencer Marketing**. This is a full-time role at our Berlin office.
As Head of Influencer Marketing, you will lead the development of a world-class influencer marketing capability. You will oversee a unified team responsible for driving both upper-funnel brand awareness, lower-funnel revenue growth and UGC content generation at scale through innovative influencer strategies.
**Team Mission**
Your mission is to systematically develop a full-funnel influencer marketing capability that sets GetYourGuide even further apart. By leveraging synergies across different types of creators, we aim to drive scalable brand awareness, revenue, and conversion growth while building a strong, engaged creator community producing UGC content at scale.
**Responsibilities**
You will:
- Lead and develop the Influencer Marketing team, merging community management and influencer activation functions into a unified, high-performing unit.
- Define and execute a full-funnel influencer marketing strategy that drives both brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Drive innovation in influencer marketing, experimenting with emerging platforms, formats, and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee the development of scalable systems for acquiring, onboarding, engaging, and monetizing a global community of creators.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers, fostering loyalty and alignment with GetYourGuide's brand values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics) to integrate influencer-generated content into broader marketing campaigns and platforms.
- Implement tools and processes to measure the impact of influencer campaigns, including incrementality studies, brand lift, reach, ROI, and conversion metrics.
- Optimize the performance of influencer storefronts and affiliate programs to maximize revenue.
- Scale influencer-generated content to be leveraged effectively across paid, owned, and earned media channels, as well as in our marketplace.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
**Your Profile**
You have:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in leading influencer marketing teams, with a track record of driving both brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Experience building affiliate marketing solutions for creators and revenue attribution tools.
- Experience in leveraging influencer-generated content for paid media campaigns.
- Expertise in community management, influencer activations, and content strategy.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing paid campaigns with influencers.
- Proven track record of driving full funnel product growth: from acquisition to activation, retention and revenue.
- Analytical skills to measure and optimise campaign performance, working knowledge of incrementality measurement in influencer marketing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
- A global mindset and understanding of cultural nuances in influencer marketing across diverse regions.
- A deep understanding of the influencer landscape, including trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT and other AI-driven content solutions.
