**Your mission**:
Our team is looking for a **Head of Growth** to join our exciting early-stage start-up in its growth phase. You will work closely with our Founder, Management, and amazing team while being responsible for our revenue targets.
- As an integral part of the management, you are responsible for the development and implementation of the Growth strategy, especially Sales, Marketing & Growth, to drive business growth in alignment with the company's revenue goals.
- You actively identify and approach prospects and perform sales call effectively.
- You develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for our blockchain tokenization solution.
- You establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement the necessary processes to track and achieve them.
- You build, lead, manage, and coordinate all revenue generating processes & execute the growth strategies.
- You analyze market trends and keep on top of industry changes to keep the business competitive and innovative.
- You develop and build long-term partnerships with strategically important stakeholders.
**Your profile**:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a high-growth startup/scaleup - preferably SaaS - or top-tier consulting firm.
- In the past, you have successfully led a sales team and have experience in building up sales processes.
- You have extensive experience in coordinating multiple functions to achieve your targets.
- You are well-versed in the SaaS industry and its intricacies & possess a deep understanding of how to strategically leverage digital advertising to drive growth and user acquisition.
- You have excellent communication/negotiation and customer engagement skills.
- You are analytical, process oriented & empathetic.
- You have an entrepreneurial DNA and a hands-on personality.
- Your outstanding team building skills foster an effective, results-oriented and enjoyable work environment.
- You are fluent in German and possess a very good command of written and spoken English.
- You are located in Germany.
