As our **Business Development Rep**, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities for our rapidly growing business in a high growth market. You will work closely with our Sales & Business Development Team, developing cIQ’s client base globally, with a focus on enterprise clients. This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of the core team of cIQ and drive cyber risk innovation.

**Your mission**:

- Expand cIQ's client base
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound opportunities and conduct initial conversations
- Maintain proactive engagement with new and existing leads
- Research prospects and identify contact opportunities and set up meetings with stakeholders
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives of prospective clients
- Raise awareness for cIQ and cyber risk quantification in the market

**Qualifications**:

- You have some experience in sales, ideally in a SaaS environment (not a must)
- You are driven, and understand how to approach customers and keep them engaged
- You understand how to navigate within complex organizations, talking to multiple decision makers
- You have a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- You possess excellent communication and listening skills, both written and oral
- You have fluent English skills (both written and spoken); German is a plus but not necessary
- You are curious and always eager to develop bold and groundbreaking solutions
- You have the ability to develop and execute against dynamic timelines and balance multiple projects
