We are looking for a **Senior Specialist, Global Sales Operations and Implementation (all genders)** **to join the **Global Sales team **on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

You will be working between product and tech teams on the one hand and regional/ local teams on the other. You will drive implementation of new products, penetration and support of existing as well as inform the product teams to further improve existing products.

**Your mission**:

- ** Drive the local after-sales teams’ performance through technology**
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the current processes and find ways to improve them to increase sales productivity (e.g., simplify processes, implement sales automation tools)
- Drive global adoption of the portfolio of sales operations products (restaurant portal, data monetisation platforms, account management tools, etc.) across Delivery Hero ecosystems
- Increase the products’ penetration across the existing user base and help product teams identify ways to further improve them
- ** Drive the global collaboration on sales operations product development**
- Manage implementation of selected products with local teams
- Reconcile countries’ needs and technical capabilities, translate requirements into technical stories
- Support tools and technologies integration and lead the change management practices across in your geographical region
- ** Build and maintain reports to monitor the tools performance and drive improvements**
- Support Senior Management
- Establish yourself as a go-to person for all products in the scope of vendor tech
- Provide senior management with regular business and project updates
- Consolidate and distribute best practices from different countries

**Your heroic skills**:

- You gained meaningful professional experience in consulting, sales operations, or a commercial analytics role with hands-on experience in transformation and implementation for the past 4-5 years
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- You have experience in collaborating cross-functionally with a solid understanding of technology and product development
- You possess a hands-on mentality and outstanding logical and analytical thinking skills with ability to problem solve in complex environments
- You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and independent in handling business challenges
- Knowledge about the LATAM or European Market would be a plus
