Sales Enablement and Operations Manager

As a Sales Enablement & Operations Manager, you will elevate the performance of our growing sales organization by designing the systems, tools, and programs that empower every Sales team member to succeed. You will shape onboarding, build playbooks, optimize sales processes, and partner closely with internal and external teams to ensure PERGOLUX is ready to win in every market and with every product launch. As a premium outdoor-living brand inspired by Scandinavian design, PERGOLUX continues to scale rapidly across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America — and you will play a pivotal role in supporting this growth through world-class sales enablement. What You’ll Do Develop onboarding frameworks, training modules, and certifications that accelerate ramp-to-quota. Create and maintain structured playbooks for every pipeline stage, from Qualification to Closing. Optimize Tier 1 sales coverage in collaboration with BPO partners, ensuring seamless lead handovers. Lead adoption of HubSpot, Aircall, and modern sales workflows to improve efficiency and conversion. Build data-driven performance reporting and feedback loops that enhance coaching, readiness, and execution. What You’ll Bring 3–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations (preferably in SaaS, scale-ups, or e-commerce). Proven success reducing ramp-up time, improving conversions, and creating impactful enablement content. Strong program design, project management, and training capabilities across global teams. Data-driven mindset with expertise in CRM tools, call analysis, and performance KPIs. Excellent communication skills in English (C1+), with a collaborative, motivating, and outcome-focused approach.
