As a premium outdoor-living brand inspired by Scandinavian design, PERGOLUX continues to expand rapidly across Europe, North America, Australia, and South America — and you will play a pivotal role in creating a sales machine built for long-term, profitable growth.
What You'll DoBuild a high-efficiency sales engine that improves funnel performance, shortens sales cycles, and increases revenue per rep.
Lead global capacity planning across FTE, part-time, and BPO teams to ensure the right coverage in every market and time zone.
Monitor and optimize sales cost structure and CAC to support global sales P&L performance.
Drive precise bottom-up forecasting using data, capacity models, and market insights.
Align cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Customer Service to ensure seamless buyer journeys.
4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Strategy in a high-growth, multi-market environment.
Proven expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and sales cost management for complex sales cycles.
Strong strategic thinking with P&L awareness and a track record of driving both growth and efficiency.
Ability to align diverse global stakeholders behind a unified operational vision.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), analytics tools, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets; fluent in English, with German as a plus.
