ASML Berlin GmbH (formerly Berliner Glas GmbH) is a major ASML R&D and manufacturing site, with expertise in optics and wafer chuck technology. Over 1,200 employees work at ASML Berlin in Germany. They develop and produce several key components for ASML lithography systems, including wafer tables and clamps, reticle chucks and mirror blocks.
ASML is a leading supplier to the semiconductor industry. The company provides chipmakers with hardware, software and services to mass produce the patterns of integrated circuits (microchips). Together with its partners, ASML drives the advancement of more affordable, more powerful, more energy-efficient microchips.
In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.
As a TA Advisor, you are responsible for talent acquisition and selection for a specific ASML sub-sector and/or set of functional competencies in Berlin. You support our ASML Business goals by focusing on building relationships with managers to bring the best and brightest talent into the organization. You take direct ownership for successful internal customer relationships and guide hiring across several business groups within the ASML organization. Together with the TA Manager, Employer Branding, HR line and business you co-create and execute a TA Plan. Depending on your level of seniority, you can also fulfill an expert role in a specific TA Expertise area.

Role and responsibilitiesConduct TA Plan and lead the vacancy kick-off meetings with business leaders. Define the sourcing strategy for a vacancy or set of vacancies, challenge business expectations and agree upon final edit of the job description, target hire date and kick off TA Activities.
-Instruct, coordinate and collaborate with searchers who support you with TA Activities. Coordinate TA campaigns and activities.


Education and experienceYou have 3+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting in a very dynamic, fast-paced, complex (international) environment. Preferable in a technical sector in German market.
-You have proven experience in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent.
-You communicate fluently in German & English.
