We are working with one of the world’s leading real estate companies with strong cultural values, a unique vision for the spaces they create, and a strong focus on sustainability. We are on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join the People Leadership team in this newly created role, managing a team of 2 who are based in Amsterdam. This People & Culture team is growing, and the role will take strategic ownership for attracting and hiring outstanding innovators and leaders to build the future of this progressive business.

This exciting role forms part of the European People & Culture team so no two days will be the same. You will have the autonomy to lead the European strategy for Talent Acquisition as well as being involved in some of the more hands-on recruitment stuff You’ll have the support of a very forward-thinking leader and the opportunity to really shine.

The role is flexible and can be based in Berlin or Dusseldorf with regular travel to Amsterdam to be with your team. To be successful, you’ll be an experienced in-house recruitment or Talent Acquisition professional used to working in an international environment with experience of managing a team. You’ll be tech savvy, comfortable with HR systems such as Workday, have great attention to detail, a positive, proactive mindset and be willing to spend time implementing processes and improvements as well as landing creative changes and ideas.

German, Dutch or French languages would be an advantage but are not essential.
