People are the lifeblood of any company. As the Director Talent Acquisition you will design and implement strategies that will help us attract and hire world class talent globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute recruitment strategies to engage with, attract, evaluate and hire the world’s best talent
- Lead all sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and address hiring needs in collaboration with the leadership team
- Onboard new team members and make them part of Team MODIFI

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Director Talent Acquisition or senior-level recruitment position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and manage a team of recruiters
- Manage external recruitment agencies efficiently
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced truly global environment
- The desire to learn and improve as a strategic business partner in talent acquisition
- A positive, team-oriented approach to your work
