Picsart is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist our team with hiring needs in the EU as well as ensure the quality of hire. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to develop and execute strategies to attract global talents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partnering with Hiring Managers providing expertise and guidance on the hiring process and strategy, driving the full end-to-end recruiting cycle
- Take full ownership of the roles assigned to keep the hiring quality high
- Leverage existing tech talent acquisition channels and explore new sourcing opportunities
- Detect obstacles, and take the initiative of changes to ensure the hiring process goes smoothly
- Help the Talent Acquisition team strength, employer brand
- Participate in Talent Acquisition side projects if needed

**Required Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of recruiting experience including Tech Recruiting, Sourcing, and full life cycle recruiting
- Experience in sourcing and interviewing for tech positions is a must
- Experience in building and utilizing different sourcing plans and tools
- Experience communicating with varying levels of stakeholders
- Knowledge of the EU talent market and its specifications (Germany & Spain)
- Strong understanding of the Recruiting and HR processes
- Strong understanding of technical terminology
- Ability to prioritize the hiring needs and tasks
- Ability to handle several positions simultaneously
- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-sufficient and high sense of ownership
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
