Execute full lifecycle recruiting partnership with focus on quality and diverse hiring outcomes, leveraging best in class process, systems, and tools to accelerate progress.
Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies for Healthcare talent, delivering against existing hiring demand and building a pipeline of talent needs.
Use market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract passive talent.
Influence and collaborate with Business and HR stakeholders in all TA related topics
Manage and monitor Talent Acquisition Operations (i.e. referral checks, ATS, and onboarding of hires).

**Recruitment daily management for the EMEA region**: posting of new roles in our ATS, supporting the interview coordination, administrative support at an offer and onboarding stage.
Provide a high level of customer service to the Hiring Managers, HR partners and the Fortive/ASP Leadership team.
Creating employment contracts; reviewing and validating all incoming documents.
Monitoring the progress of pre-onboarding activities, driven by the Hiring Manager and supported by HR, IT, Procurement and Facility.
Provide ad hoc administrative or project support.
