**We are looking for a Business Development Leader - Ports/Logistics (M/F/d) to join our team in Spain.**

**About the Job**

This role will require the sales leader to possess collaborative leadership skills in a multinational and multicultural setting as a self-starter for collaboration with:

1. External clients to understand their pains, requirements while creating demand
2. External local partner for leads and eventually delivery
3. Internal Solution Architects to develop viable proposal for clients
4. Internal Domain leaders to develop relevant products
- The business development manager is expected to exercise consultative selling approach during initial customer engagement and gradually develop into trusted advisor level. He/she shall possess got knowledge in the industry and have good network to be resourceful to create demand and streamline solutions at initial stage before passing it to pre-sales for detail proposal.

**Job Requirements**
- Strong focus in Seaports domain (a must) and airports domain (added advantage).
- Strong focus on transportation and logistics clients.
- Proved track record of commercial results and achievements.
- 5 + years of Sales/ Business Development experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in selling to ports domain.
- Energy Transition / Net Zero experience

**Job scope**
- Established network of contacts at leadership level with knowledge & experience of ports business in Europe and outside Europe is preferred.
- Ability to quickly understand, adapt and contribute strongly in a multinational environment working with colleagues from different regions, cultures, backgrounds and different regional business practices & priorities.
- Background in energy markets, sustainability & decarbonisation or similar industries.
- Commercially astute, excellent negotiation skills with a strong focus on achieving business results.
- Ability to build business models that will maximise margin/return for Envision Digital across different market sectors and geographic regions.
- Quick understanding of client requirements and identifying drivers & key constituents of a deal to formulate suitable account strategy.
- Possess presence and ability to present professionally to C-suite level with clear and structured communication.
- Ability to anticipate and to react quickly on-the-spot during conversations and client’s demands.
- Demonstrated experience in solutions selling, with a track record of achieving sales targets and closing large and complex deals.
