The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor_, and Youfoodz. **The role**: Reporting into the Head of Operations Technology International, you will be leading and be responsible for delivering operational improvement projects across the global HelloFresh supply chain. This could include implementing new supply chain IT solutions / technologies, rolling out new innovations, best practice sharing and standardizing across markets and providing the Operations team with critical data and analytics. Above all, we are looking for people who will **make HelloFresh** **better.** We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. **What you'll do**: - Lead a team of 2 direct reports in the Berlin office, working with the INT. - Build strong relationships with local teams from 15+ different countries, specifically 5 key major markets, involving frequent travel approx. once per month. - Interact with the three other team leaders within the International Product Operations team, to deliver joint business cases to improve HF financial and customer satisfaction metrics - Engage with diverse International central departments - such as Digital Product, Tech, Photography, Brand and Procurement - to drive innovation in an ambitious timeline - Be an ambassador of Editors' teams worldwide, manage their monthly gatherings, organize summits and create engagement occasions for best practice sharing and community building - Further develop the Editing technology landscape, seizing opportunities for integration, optimization and continuous improvement of our tools - Oversee the management of our BPO team, working closely with a team lead in your team, as well as an offshore team of 30+ people.
