- This role will act as primary connection between stakeholders and service delivery team for alignment on strategic objectives and implementations of key initiatives
- Continuous optimization and digitalization of our core processes and adaptation to external requirements
- Ensure adequate service level for HR Operations customers across regions
- Working on improving employee and manager self-service processes
- Define data governance and data ownership for core processes
- Implementing and maintaining HR best practices and strategies across all HR administration processes
- Generate actionable insights, drive process standardization, optimization, and automatization in HR Operations processes
- Develop and implement efficiency measures for world-wide process improvements
- Ensuring the integrity of HR data
- Leveraging the Lean management approach and six sigma techniques, drive process implementation excellence and continuous improvement culture through training and implementation of Lean principles in projects and day-to-day operations

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in managing HR Transformation projects, HR consulting or HR Shared Service Center; with a strong focus in personnel processing or administration
- Profound experience in HR Core processes with focus on data definition
- Communicative and positive person with a strong hands-on mentality
- International working experience and intercultural sensitivity; with regards to various employment law regulations and process standardization
- Experience with an HRIS and related HR analytics processes (user or implementation experience)
- Preferred Six Sigma certification
- Fluent English language skills are required, additional language skills are a plus
