- Lead various projects within the payroll area: implementation of digital payslip, HR data governance, harmonization of Payroll landscape, implementation of Time & Attendance Systems
- Drive Vendor Assessments with various Payroll suppliers, prepare Business Cases as needed
- Monitor efficiency and quality of the payroll process ensuring global process delivery and compliance
- Leveraging the Lean management approach and six sigma techniques, drive process implementation excellence and continuous improvement culture through training and implementation of Lean principles in projects and day-to-day operations

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in HR project implementation with focus on digitalization, data governance, process definition and payroll landscape
- Profound knowledge of HR tools and technologies
- Communicative and positive person with a strong hands-on mentality
- International working experience and intercultural sensitivity
- Fluent English language skills are required, additional language skills are a plus
