Your Scope
Ardo serves its clients globally in the Retail, Food Service, and Industry segments. To continue to optimize our customer support, we are currently seeking an experienced Business Process Owner (BPO) to oversee and optimize our business processes within the Order-To-Cash stream. In this role you are part of the Group Customer Excellence Team reporting to the Group Customer Excellence Manager, closely collaborating with the Program Management team. You will be operating from our headquarters.
**Your key responsibilities**:
You serve as the primary process owner, building, defining, and ensuring robust governance over key processes within the O2C stream.
You lead the further alignment of customer support processes and existing workflows to SAP.
You manage the change request process, including validation, approval, and prioritization of changes.
You act as a liaison between the Customer Excellence, Sales team and IT, translating business needs into functional requirements.
You ensure process alignment and effective communication across a diverse, multi-location team.
You collaborate with the Master Data Architecture team to align data governance and integrity with business processes.
You document and maintain end-to-end processes, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards and requirements and internal controls.
You drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
You develop, test, and validate process scenarios for IT, AT, and RT in SAP.
You support Business Process Leaders and Key Users with process standardization and SAP training materials.
You monitor process integrity and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
**Profile**:
You have a master’s degree and a broad business experience in large organizations.
You have an expert knowledge of SAP, particularly SAP SD, and EDI.
You are familiar with process visualization tools.
You have a strong business acumen with a desire to understand and defend the business requirements.
You are a self-reliant problem solver effective in managing stakeholders and implementing changes.
You have excellent process management and communication skills in both English and Dutch.
You aim for data driven decision making and love working with cross-functional international teams.
Above all you are eager to dig into the business processes understanding the details with a hands-on and positive attitude.
