**Role Summary**
As an Inside Sales Executive at Nexxiot, you'll be at the heart of our rapid growth—serving as the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound prospects.
Your mission is to ignite new business by identifying, qualifying, and converting high-potential leads for our cutting-edge IoT-enabled sensors and SaaS solutions that are transforming the rail and logistics sectors.
You will work hand-in-hand with our field sales team, playing a critical role in driving explosive revenue growth and shaping the future of transportation and logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Outreach**- Execute proactive outbound calling campaigns to target lists of potential clients.
- Leverage creative engagement tactics to spark interest and open doors with key decision-makers.
- **Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development**- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with Nexxiot's IoT and SaaS solutions.
- **Product Demonstrations & Proposals**- Conduct concise web or phone demos of our IoT devices, connectivity, and analytics platform that clearly articulate the value for the customers
- Prepare and send quotations, negotiate terms for small to mid-sized deals independently.
- **CRM Management & Sales Reporting**- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in our CRM.
- Deliver weekly reports on call volume, conversion rates, pipeline status, and closed deals.
- Provide clear, actionable weekly reports on KPIs including call activity, conversion metrics, pipeline health, and closed revenue.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Partner with Marketing to refine messaging and identify high-value campaign targets.- Coordinate with Field Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless hand-offs and onboarding, and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Intelligence & Performance Optimization**- Share insights on customer feedback, competitive trends, and market dynamics to inform product and strategy improvements Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs (e.g., leads qualified, meetings scheduled, deals closed).
**What You Bring**
- **Sales Experience**:
- Minimum 4 years in B2B inside sales, preferably in technology, IoT, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to close—in complex, solution-driven environments.
- **Technical Savvy**:
- Comfortable engaging in conversations around electronics, sensor technology, and cloud-based analytics.
- Able to bridge the gap between technical and commercial stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Excellent verbal/phone presence and written communication in both English and German.
- Skilled at delivering persuasive pitches and maintaining professional client interactions.
- **Peformance‑Driven Mindset**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding calling, qualification, and revenue targets.
- Thrives in goal-oriented environments with a focus on measurable impact.
