Our client are currently building up their German sales team and are looking for experienced Sales Development/Inside Sales Representatives who do not require any guidelines, but take the initiative
In your role as a Sales Development Representative, your main focus is on opportunities to identify in the market and to lay the foundation for the sales team.
**Requirements**:

- University degree
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Sales Development Rep
- IT and IT infrastructure knowledge
- Demonstrable exceeding of the quota
- Experience with the deal sales cycle
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Hubspot
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask
- Experience in telephone and cold calling.
- Excellent listening and sales skills, flexibility and adaptability (e.g. in using changing tactics to realize results)
- Can-Do mentality

Language and travel:

- Proficient in German and English
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany
