Ihre Aufgabe- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Einkäuferteams (Category Buyer, Value Stream Buyer, Support) in der Gesamtabteilung Einkauf Produktionsmaterial für die Technologiebereiche EUV (Halbleiter), Laser
- und Systemtechnik, Additive Manufacturing und Werkzeugmaschinen- Einkäuferische Verantwortung für den Entwicklungs
- und Produktionsstandort Ditzingen, sowie globale Mandate im globalen TRUMPF Einkaufs
- und Produktionsverbund- Erarbeitung von Lieferanten
- und Warengruppenstrategien in Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Category Buyern bis hin zur zielgerichteten Lieferantenentwicklung zur Optimierung der Wertschöpfungsprozesse- Kontinuierliche Planung und Umsetzung von Einspar
- und Kostenreduzierungsmaßnahmen- (Weiter-)Entwicklung und Umsetzung von flexiblen Sourcing-/Supply Chain Strategien über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen- Führen im Team von Jahresverhandlungen und Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen mit strategischen Partnern- Aktives Lieferantenmanagement zur Sicherstellung von Prototypen, dem Serienanlauf sowie der laufenden Produktionsversorgung von der Serie bis zum Ende der Ersatzteilverpflichtung- Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse, Kennzahlenermittlung und -analyse und Ableitung geeigneter Prozessverbesserungen

Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches und/oder kaufm. Studium (mit hohem Technikverständnis)- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen, technischen Einkauf (oder Vertrieb) des Maschinen-/Anlagenbau oder der Automobilindustrie. Gerne auch Quereinsteiger- Mutiger, eigenverantwortlicher und selbständiger moderner Führungs
- und Arbeitsstil bei einer professionellen positiven Arbeitshaltung.- Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten bei der Interaktion mit Lieferanten/Geschäftspartnern und Stakeholdern aller Ebenen (inkl. Top-Management)- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen- Starke Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick auf allen Ebenen- Spaß an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen, Organisationen, Haltung und Mindset mit der Ausdauer, sich regelmäßig in neue Aufgabengebiete und komplexe Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft setzen wir ebenso voraus wie sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP, MS Office)
