Ihre Aufgaben- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Gruppe Sales Excellence Analytics, Projects & Development- Befähigung unserer Tochtergesellschaften bei der nachhaltigen Umsetzung der Sales Excellence Prinzipien und Methoden sowie Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung- Definition der strategischen Ausrichtung für Sales Excellence Analytics mit Fokus auf kunden
- und potential-orientierte Marktbearbeitung- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsbereichen in Definition, Konzeption, Initiierung und Roll-Out von GB übergreifenden Projekten zur Erreichung der strategischen Ziele- Erarbeitung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung datenbasierter Vertriebsmethoden- Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben / strategischen Projektaufgaben / Teilprojektleitungen- Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Teams- Vorausschauende Budget
- und Kapazitätsplanung

Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, technische BWL o. Ä.- Ausgeprägte Konzeptions
- und Umsetzungsstärke sowie eine analytische, strategische Denk
- und Arbeitsweise- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Aufsetzen von Vertriebsstrategien oder in der Beratung von Vorteil- Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitern und Projektteams im internationalen Umfeld- Interkulturelle Kompetenz- Konfliktfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen vorteilhaft- Reisebereitschaft (5-20%)
