**Head of Logistics (m/w/d)**

**Dein Profil****:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Logistik
- und Lagerabteilung (ca. 20 Mitarbeiter)
- Steuerung und Überwachung der Logistikprozesse vom Wareneingang bis zum Versand und der kaufmännischen Abwicklung
- strategische Entwicklung und Optimierung der logistischen Abläufe und Prozesse für unsere Projekte
- verantwortliche Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten sowie auch für externe Logistikpartner
- Beschaffung und Einrichtungen von technischen Geräten inkl. Vertragsgestaltung und Preisverhandlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
- Verantwortung für die Einarbeitung, Weiterentwicklung und Führung aller Mitarbeiter sowie Durchführung personeller Einzelmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der Personalabteilung
- Überarbeitung und Neugestaltung von logistischen Abläufen im gesamten Arbeitsprozess
- Verantwortung für Kostenbudget, Wochen
- und Monatsabrechnung (Forecasting)

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik / Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fachbezogener Weiterqualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Logistik / Supply Chain Management sowie erster entsprechender Führungsverantwortung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP EWM
- Analytisches Verständnis und Affinität für Zahlen und Prozesse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungskompetenz
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Belastbarkeit und ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz
