Maintenance Teamleader

**As head of the maintenance team, you plan, prepare and supervise the proper execution of all maintenance activities at the site. You will lead a small team of maintenance specialists and report to the plant manager.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning, implementation and accounting of measures to ensure the condition and function of machinery, equipment and buildings
- Preparation, commissioning, supervision of external companies in cooperation with the purchasing department
- Participation in the planning and realisation of replacement and new investments
- Ordering, stock-keeping of spare and wear parts
- Ensuring technical measures for occupational safety, fire protection, emergency and disaster protection
- Developing, planning and carrying out the regular overhaul of machines as well as the timely regular maintenance and servicing of all systems/operating equipment requiring monitoring in accordance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV)
- Establishment, expansion and maintenance of a spare parts management system, maintenance and updating of plant documents as well as creation and optimisation of maintenance plans
- Cause analysis and troubleshooting of defective machines, equipment and supply systems

**Qualifications**:

- At least five years of experience in the field of maintenance, with a good technical understanding of production plants
- Vocational training as an industrial mechanic, maintenance technician, mechatronics technician,
- Further training in hazardous substances, explosion protection, fire protection, electrical engineering, etc.
- Excellent command of the German language and knowledge of English
- Proven successful management experience, decision-making, organisational and assertive skills
- Strong awareness of quality and costs
- Structured way of working
