Ihre Aufgaben- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Teams in den Bereichen Entgeltabrechnung, Reisekosten, Zeitwirtschaft und betriebliche Altersvorsorge- Verantwortung für die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung funktionsübergreifender Prozesse sowie die Analyse von Kosten-Nutzen-Strukturen- Leitung und Koordination von personalwirtschaftlichen Projekten und Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen- Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften zu personalwirtschaftlichen Themen- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Entgeltabrechnung sowie der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Personalführung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuerrecht, Sozialversicherungsrecht und der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge (bAV)- Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, idealerweise im personalwirtschaftlichen Bereich sowie gerne Kenntnisse in SAP HCM- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Freude an der Teamarbeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts
- und Servicebewusstsein- IT-Affinität sowie ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
