Ihre Aufgaben- Unterstützung des Head of Global HR Laser Technology
- im gesamten Spektrum des Bereichs- Inhaltliche Vor
- und Nachbearbeitung von Besprechungen, Workshops sowie diverse Projekt
- und Prozessarbeiten- Ausarbeitung von Präsentationen und Vorträgen in deutscher/englischer Sprache- Analyse und Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Unterlagen zu strategischen Fragestellungen- Assistenz im Tagesgeschäft
Was wir suchen- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium- Erste Berufserfahrung im Rahmen konzeptioneller und strategischer Aufgabenstellungen im Personalbereich- Sensibilität für unterschiedliche Interessen sowie die Fähigkeit diese zum Ausgleich zu bringen- Hohe analytische, selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Loyalität sowie ein freundliches und offenes Auftreten- Begeisterung für neue Aufgabengebiete und komplexe Fragestellungen- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
