**Aufgaben:
- Fachliche wie disziplinarische Führung des Teams
- Sicherstellung und Fortführung einer konsistenten Markenführung
- Sicherung der unternehmensweiten Einhaltung von Corporate Design und Corporate Image
- Entwicklung, Durchführung und Kontrolle von Marketingstrategien und Kampagnen
- Budgetplanung und - überwachung
- Steuerung, Koordination und Überwachung der Marketingmaterialerstellung wie Kataloge, Folder, Broschüren

und POS-Themen
- Content-Erstellung sowie Einpflege in das PIM-System bzw. Medienportal
- Betreuung von Ländergesellschaften sowie Steuerung von Kampagnenimplementierungen in den einzelnen

Märkten
- Koordination von Marketingkampagnen mit Vertriebsaktivitäten und Sicherstellung einer effektiven Distribution

von Materialien
- Projektbezogene Steuerung von Agenturen und externen Dienstleistern

**Profil:
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing bzw. vergleichbare abgeschlossene kaufmännische

Ausbildung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der B2C-Kommunikation (Branding, Kommunikation, Social Media)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss
- Kulturelle Sensibilität
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Reisebereitschaft
- Service
- und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit organisatorischem Geschick
