Job ID: 30810- Location: Nürnberg, DESie haben die **Passion** für das Schreiben und Erzählen von **Innovationsgeschichten**? Dann suchen wir Sie als **Head of Communications (d/w/m)** für unser Cluster Nürnberg (NBG)/ Limbach-Oberfrohna (LBO).

Sie koordinieren die Umsetzung von Corporate Design inkl. Branding und Corporate Identity Themen. Weiterhin fungieren Sie als wichtiger Business Partner für die Fachabteilungen bezüglich diverser Kommunikationsthemen hinsichtlich Richtlinienkonformität sowie gestalterischer Elemente.

**Weitere Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung eines kleinen Teams
- Sie planen die strategische Kommunikation für die Standorte LBO und NBG sowie des Clusters
- Verantwortung für das Entwickeln zielgruppenorientierter Kommunikationskonzepte und Umsetzen relevanter Maßnahmen einschließlich der Identifikation und Implementation neuer und effektiver Wege der modernen Kommunikation
- Sie verantworten das Standortmarketings und erstellen mit Ihrem Team lokales Bild
- und Filmmaterial und leiten clusterweite Aktivitäten von der Planung, Vorbereitung und Organisation von Besuchen aus Wirtschaft und Politik sowie von Verbänden
- Konzipieren, Planen und Durchführen von verschiedenen standortrelevanten Events, Projekten und Kampagnen (z.B. Townhall-Meetings, Betriebsversammlungen, Thementage wie Quality Days)
- Koordinieren von Agenturen und anderen externen Dienstleistern

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Business Administration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation/ Marketing
- Führungserfahrung wünschenswert (z. B. als Projektleitung, Teamleitung)
- Kenntnisse von Kommunikationsansätzen und -instrumenten sowie Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Content-Management-Systemen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Networkingskills sowie interkulturelle Fähigkeiten, Passion für Konzeptionieren sowie das Schreiben und Erzählen berufsbezogener Inhalte
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen Dienstreisen
