**WHAT YOU DO**:

- You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and cash planning.
- You will prepare and monitor short and medium-term liquidity planning continuously improving and optimizing liquidity management.
- You take a holistic view that includes ensuring stable payroll processes, managing company administrations and leading financial projects.
- You will ensure that the monthly and annual reportings are prepared on time and at the best quality delivered to the group FP&A team
- You will serve as a commercial sparring partner for the organization and the management
- You drive business performance with a focus on cost efficiency.
- You will set the new quality benchmark and elevate each one of the finance team work to a better place.
- You oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance.
- You manage company administration, serving as a member of the management team.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You're an integrated finance expert with a deep knowledge in controlling, value flows, and supply chain management.
- You must have proven experience in a leadership position, ideally with agency background.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have a growth mindset with experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- You are a natural leader with the ability to get the best out of wider agency teams at all levels.
