**_ What you'll do._**
- You will significantly contribute to the company's success by designing and successfully implementing an ambitious scalable growth strategy on a global level and will be the contact person for our international leadership team in all recruiting-related matters
- You will liaise closely with consulting leadership and HR colleagues in our international offices (Abu Dhabi, Mumbai, Beijing, Orlando) and ensure consistent implementation of the recruiting and HR marketing strategy worldwide
- You will build and maintain a strong talent ecosystem of internal and external recruiting partners such as executive search partners, active sourcing providers, and internal multipliers for your recruiting strategy
- You will also act as a principal point of contact for the Siemens-wide HR departments regarding internal talent search
- You will measure the effectiveness of your implemented measures using meaningful KPIs, continuously optimize and monitor HR processes and report these to the responsible hiring managers and the leadership team
- You create the basis for the smooth integration of new employees into an established and highly motivated team, for which you are responsible both professionally and disciplinarily, and for whose professional development you are accountable
- You provide content and thought leadership and are a constant role-model for your team. With your high-quality standards and independent way of working, you always ensure first-class results and keep a clear head even during peak times
**_ What you'll bring._**
- You excelled in your university degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in the field of business administration, psychology with a focus on human resources management, or in a related area
- You ideally bring 6-9 years of professional experience as a (senior) recruiter or recruiting manager in a strategic top management consultancy, which you have supplemented with experience in the field of employer branding/university marketing
- You have been extensively involved in strategic and operational HR topics and have successfully managed projects in your area of responsibility; you are also familiar with common HR tools and processes in a consulting environment (e.g., case study interviews, (virtual) event formats, internship programs)
- You also have considerable expertise in active sourcing, talent relationship management, digital recruiting, and are sufficiently familiar with the current challenges in the digital high potential talent market
- You bring in-depth hands-on experience in functional and ideally already disciplinary leadership and are used to habitually interacting at eye level with senior management
- You have broad international experience complemented with excellent English language skills
- Your working style is characterized by a high level of service orientation, flexibility, and pragmatism; you have also proven your ability to work in a team and to deal with conflicts
- And finally, you bring a good sense of humor
