The Global Head of Product & Platform Management MHD leads and manages all D1 platform developments of product line Mild Hybrid Drives for the MHD products within the specified time, budget and quality framework to the satisfaction of the internal customers, ensuring economic success for the company and profitability of the business plan of the respective product (A12, H12evo, DCDC). The position coordinates the work of Program and Project Managers in D1 as well as Technical Aquisition and product managers and is addtionally generating and maintaining the business plan for product. Part of this business plan for a product is also to define and maintain a product roadmap including the alignment of subsequent module roadmaps with Vitesco Technologies Engineering.

**The position can be staffed at all Vitesco Technologies locations in Germany.**

**Your New Responsibilities**:

- Define product roadmap and platform strategy (product characteristics, scalable variants incl. Modularity) for all MHD products (A12, H12 evo, DCDC)
- Provide input to the account strategy of all customer programs
- Track the project and program progress for all D1 MHD projects and programs of the Product Line
- Enable D1 Project Managers (in terms of staffing, expertise and knowledge) so that they can execute their D1 projects successfully
- Guide D0 development with requirements and needs from the product line
- Collect product requirements from customers to understand market needs and create a better product
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations, inform and involve stakeholders on a regular basis and in an appropriate manner
- Drive implementation of Global Business Unit/ Product Line Strategy

**Your Profile**:

- Academic degree in Engineering, Business or a similar qualification
- At least ten years experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions
- Strong leadership and drive required for a matrixed, international organization
- Flexibility & agility to drive and coordinate in an exciting, complex and multi-faceted environment
- Profound technical knowledge especially in production technology and processes
- Engineering knowledge in different disciplines
- In depth knowledge of development processes for relevant products/components
