**Sales Operations Specialist (m/w)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- AnsprechpartnerIn und Support für die VertriebsrepräsentantInnen und der KundInnen in der gesamten Region
- Operative Kundenbetreuung in der Ihnen zugewiesenen Region
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Auskünften, Bestellungen, Rechnungen und Gutschriften sowie selbständige Eingabe in SAP und internen Systemen
- Koordination von Warenflüssen unter Einhaltung von internen und externen Vereinbarungen
- Auslieferungsüberwachung, Warendisposition sowie Lagerprüfung
- Erstellung, Pflege und Analyse wiederkehrender und einmaliger Reportings sowie deren Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung
- Analyse, Interpretation und Aufbereitung von unternehmensspezifischen Daten für das Management und das Headquarter

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Vertriebscontrolling
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ergebnisorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sehr gutes Zeit
- und Selbstmanagement sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Belastbarer und ausgeprägter Teamplayer
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
