G+D Mobile Security Germany is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (M/F/d) for its Sales Strategy & Excellence department at its Munich Headquarters as soon as possible.

**Your tasks**:

- Design, implement, and refine sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators/ metrics to track and evaluate the success of sales initiatives.
- Administrate and manage sales tools, CRM systems, and other sales-related technologies.
- Support the sales forecasting process by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
- Collaborate with Business Lines, Finance, Controlling and other departments to ensure alignment of strategies and processes.
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and operations.
- Ensure reliable and consistent sales reporting and KPIs
- Utilize Salesforce to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in developing sales forecasts, measuring targets, and creating sales plans aligned with business objectives of Sales and the Business Line(s) (BLs).
- Train sales team members on the effective use of tools and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Drive Salesforce adoption and single point of contact for the global sales team
- Collaborate with Finance, Controlling and the BLs to ensure end-to-end process integrity
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to drive cohesive and integrated initiatives.

**Your qualifications**:

- Business studies or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years+ successful track record in of sales operations, process improvement or reporting.
- A proven track record of building relationships between multiple departments.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and / or Business Intelligence Tools (i.e
- PowerBI)
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English
