**Sales Operations Specialist**

**The Role**:
We are looking for our next team member to provide overall system, administrative, and data management support to our internal sales team. This position will communicate frequently with all levels of our sales team and maintain strong working relationships with those individuals.

**The Person**:

- Tech savvy, highly collaborative, motivated, and focused on the needs of others
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to develop internal professional relationships
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization
- Strong problem-solving, planning, detail-orientated, and highly-organized
- Grace under pressure, ability to react quickly to changing priorities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
- Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support for the sales team
- Assist with Salesforce reporting, dashboard creation and audits
- Generate, prepare, manipulate and analyze standard and custom reports
- Assist in meeting group deadlines by facilitating processes, situations, and taking corrective action on issues
- Provide backup support to team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Preferred Experience**:

- Proven relative sales operations/administrative experience
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems.

**Academic Credentials**:
Minimum of high school/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
