In der Rolle als Sales Operations Specialist (m/w/d) bist du bei uns Teil eines Unternehmens, das umfassende Lösungen für Personalplanung, Recruiting und das Management der gesamten in
- und externen Belegschaft bereitstellt. Mit einer Nutzerbasis von rund 65.000 Usern, darunter Strategen, Personaler, Schichtleiter und Recruiter, bieten wir innovative Softwarelösungen in einem wachsenden Marktsegment an. Mit deinem Team bist du dabei das Bindeglied zwischen Vertrieb und Buchhaltung und stellst für unsere Kunden einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.

**Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe & Informationsflüsse entlang der internen Prozesskette von Sales über Projektmanagement bis zur Abrechnung
- Durchführen der monatlichen Abrechnung für unsere Produktlinien
- Administrieren unserer internen Systeme wie Pardot, Salesforce und Chargebee
- Eigenverantwortliches Erstellen von Berichten wie z.B: Forecasts, Abweichungsermittlungen und Analysen
- Identifizieren, Implementieren und Automatisieren von Prozessverbesserungen zur Steigerung der Vertriebseffizienz und -leistung
- Unterstützen Sie bei der Planung und Durchführung von Vertriebsprojekten und -initiativen zur Vereinheitlichung der internen Prozesslandschaft
- Schulung und Unterstützung für Vertriebsmitarbeiter bei der Nutzung von Vertriebstools und -systemen

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurswesen oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Erfahrung im Bereich Sales Operations, Vertriebsunterstützung, Controlling oder verwandten Funktionen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in CRM- und Subscription Management Systemen (z.B: Salesforce, Chargebee, Pardot)
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Kompetenz, Daten in aussagekräftige Erkenntnisse umzuwandeln
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und Stakeholdern
- Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung und -automatisierung ist von Vorteil.
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, in einem teamorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten
